By booking a session with Royal Habesha Massage, you agree to abide by our terms and policies as outlined below. These terms apply to all in-studio and mobile massage services.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book a massage session. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our policies or behaves inappropriately.

3. Booking & Appointments
All bookings must be confirmed through our website or by phone. We do our best to accommodate your preferred time and therapist, but availability may vary.

4. Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee. (See our Cancellation Policy.)

5. Code of Conduct
Royal Habesha Massage is a professional and culturally respectful service. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or violations of personal boundaries will result in immediate termination of the session and possible legal action.

6. Privacy & Safety
Your personal information and session details are treated with strict confidentiality. We follow safe hygiene and professional standards at all times.

7. Mobile Sessions
If you choose a mobile session, please ensure the location is clean, safe, and appropriate for a professional service. We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe.

8. Liability
While we take great care in delivering safe services, Royal Habesha Massage is not responsible for any pre-existing medical issues or injuries not disclosed before the session. Please consult with your physician if you have any concerns.

9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
