Cancellation Policy
At Royal Habesha Massage, we respect your time and ours. To provide the best service and availability for all clients, we ask that you review and agree to the following cancellation policy.
1. 24-Hour Notice
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This allows us to rebook your spot and better serve others.
2. Same-Day Cancellations
Any cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance is considered a same-day cancellation. A fee of 50% of the session price may apply and must be paid before future bookings.
3. No-Shows
If you miss your appointment without any prior notice, it will be marked as a no-show. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the service booked.
4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session time may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. Full session rates still apply.
5. Emergencies & Flexibility
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances happen. Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your situation with compassion and professionalism.
6. Therapist Cancellations
If we must cancel your appointment due to illness, emergency, or schedule conflict, we’ll notify you immediately and reschedule at your earliest convenience — or issue a full refund if prepaid.
